Silk and Sabal vs. Taylor Rae Events
While both brands strive to create authentic and timeless moments through carefully curated details inspired by your distinct history, style, and personality, there is a key difference between the brands.
Silk and Sabal is a luxury and full-service event design and wedding planning company specializing in personalized occasions for Central Florida and destination weddings, worldwide. We also walk our clients through every step of their planning and design, with no detail too big or small. In order to provide our full attention and focus on a full-service wedding, we only take a maximum of eight events per year!
Wedding Design Process
At Silk and Sabal, we focus on getting to know you – your style, personality, values, and any cultural elements you want to bring to your event. We take what inspires you and design your wedding with the intent of creating an intimate environment of effortlessness and comfort for you and your guests.
The design process will begin by getting to know you as the client. We schedule a meeting to discuss your personal style, and what makes you and your event unique. Then, we will take the time to discuss the important pieces you would like to feature at your event, what are those special moments about you and your partner, and curate a design for each touchpoint for your guests that is authentic to you, and cohesive to the overall feeling of the weekend. Beginning from the welcome gift upon guest arrival to the shuttle rid, all the way to that last farewell moment.
Collaboration and guided communication is key to us throughout the design process for our couples. We provide a variety of visual presentations to ensure that we are correctly executing your dream wedding.
These presentations include a custom floorplan draft for your event space, a vision board highlighting each moment guests will enjoy throughout the weekend/event, a sketch of key spaces during the event, and finally an in-person design visual display meeting complete with samples of each of the design elements for your event.
Floral designers, caterers, entertainment, stationery, and more – sourcing your vendors is no easy fête! That’s why we guide our clients through each step of the event production process. We source the best Central Florida and destination vendors who will help us bring your vision to life. Once sourced, vendors will be added to your budget break down spreadsheet, where they will be separated into committed vendors, extra’s/design, and places to cut.
After final approvals have been received from you, the client, we will finalize all contracts with vendors to complete the execution of your event!
