Partial wedding planning package information

What’s Included in Our Partial Wedding Planning Package:

Our partial wedding planning package includes six planning sessions prior to your wedding! Each of these meetings are designed to help you finalize your details and keep you on track with timeline and decision making. Before and after every meeting you will feel excited and prepared for your wedding day by making decisions and

Here’s information on what each of these six meetings include:

Partial Wedding Planning Meeting One:

During our first meeting with you, we will schedule a detailed walkthrough of your venue to discuss a floor plan and set up ideas. During this time we will share any suggestions for a floor plan or set-up ideas that would work best with your chosen venue. After our meeting we will provide you with a first draft of your floorplan.

Partial Planning Meeting Two:

After our floorplan meeting, we will start planning and creating design with an initial design concept. During this meeting we will discuss your overall inspiration and what you have always wanted for your special day. After we understand your vision, we will translate this into a custom vision board.

Your Custom Vision Board Will Include:

Partial Planning Meeting Three:

Once you have received your vision board and have had time to look through it, it’s time to have a third meeting which is our design follow up and vision board adjustments meeting. While the vision board is used as a visual guide and representation of your wedding day, we do allow for up to three revisions on your vision board! During this meeting we will also provide you with vendor referrals and begin custom vendor introductions. Our vendor introductions mean we will begin the communication with the vendors and you while our referrals mean we will provide you with their information and additional information.

Kind words from a Partial Wedding Planning Real Bride

“We hired Rachael and her team for our wedding, and I cannot even describe how thankful I am to them all! Although I dealt mainly with Rachael on the wedding day as my lead, I was told by other family members that everyone on the Taylor Rae Team was the absolute best! They made my day the best I could have ever imagined. The team made everything seem effortless and stress-free and helped with so many details for the wedding. Thank you so much Rachael and to the entire Taylor Rae Events team for making my dream wedding run as smoothly and perfectly as it did!”
