Our Partial Planning option includes everything from the Coordination package but we’ll elevate it by adding a creative design session, custom vision board, personalized vendor introductions, and extra planning assistance to ensure that every detail falls perfectly into place.

This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your partner, what you love about each other, what you're most looking forward to about your wedding, and what some of your biggest wedding day concerns may be. This ensures that we fit the perfect planning package for you and address your needs during the process.
Where the fun begins! We will meet you at your chosen wedding venue and walk you through the big day, step-by-step.
This meeting gives us the opportunity to see the space through you and your partner's eyes and start making plans for your big day. We begin with guest arrival and walk through each space that you will be using on your wedding day, taking note of what you would like to feature and have your guests experience. We will also discuss layouts for all of the spaces, rental needs, and set up details.
This is where the creative process really gets going!
We'll ask you to provide us with some of your favorite wedding design inspiration photos and will discuss ideas regarding the look and feel of each space from ceremony through reception. We'll even chat about things you don't like, to ensure that we are really honing in on your perfect design concept. We want to make sure your wedding design is tailored to your individual style and helps tell the story of you and your partner.
Bringing your vision to life!
A custom vision board will be put together after our design meeting, and will include all wedding design details. From entrance signage ideas, to ceremony concepts, and even reception design. No detail is overlooked in this process.
We'll even include a list of A-team vendors that we know will execute your vision and bring it to life!
Saving you time and stress, we'll make personalized introductions to vendors who we already know are available on your wedding date.
Once we know exactly what you want for your big day, we will make personalized introductions to vendors who we already know are available on your wedding date and can best fit your style and budget. This step takes so much guesswork out of the planning process and can make it much more exciting and enjoyable!
Every couple's favorite meeting: let's talk about food!
We will meet you at your venue or your caterer's location to discuss final menu choices, food service style and logistics, and general service timeline. We can also help you make your final linen and place setting selections! We'll work with your catering manager or banquet captain to make sure all of the final food & beverage details are in place for a wonderful guest experience.
Catering & Final details
With only a few weeks away from your wedding, we will help you knock out all of the final details that will make your wedding day run smoothly.
In this meeting we begin with your timeline review, going through each step from when hair and makeup begins, through the end of the reception. We will discuss and finalize ceremony processional and recessional, reception entrances, special dances, toasts, and any special moments that you want to incorporate into your wedding. After the timeline is set, we'll discuss final setup details, review your vendor contracts and catering details, and help you tie up any other loose ends. Once the timeline has been given your stamp of approval and your floorplan has been finalized, we will send all information to your vendors and confirm their schedules for the big day.
This is it, it's wedding day!
Our wedding planning team will arrive to check in with you while you're getting ready and set out any personal details you may want captured by your photographer. Then, we will head over to your venue to coordinate vendor arrival and coordinate every detail you spent all this time planning out. We are there for you to ensure that the timeline is running smoothly, all your wedding day needs are met, and you and your family can enjoy each and every moment together.
